If you have an IP based phone system and a POS system you can have Floral Prodigy.

Currently, we recommend RTI and FTD Mercury for Floral Prodigy integration. Next you need an IP based phone system. We already integrate with IPitomy phone systems, the leader in IP PBX systems for florists shops. This is the most affordable IP based system.  IPitomy is an all-inclusive business communications system that provides everything you need to succeed in one package.  Remote users, desktop management software optimized for florists, voice mail, DID routing,  and of course, integration with your point of sale software.   

The last piece you need are DID’s you can get these using Floral Prodigy plus! We have pre negotiated telephone service deals with companies to get you prices in many cases lower that what you are currently paying. OR more value.

For example, I hear from many shops that have 6-7 phone lines and paying 400.00 a month and more. They do not have the DID’s (direct inbound dial numbers) DID’s are the tracking numbers we use to identify the inbound calls.

So in most cases, we can get a shop a T1 PRI (It is a T1 line that will allow you to receive up to 23 simultaneous calls at once as well as internet on the same copper line) This will enable the call tracking thru the floral prodigy plus.  This provides ample room for increased capacity and increased sales on busy holiday periods so you never miss a call. PRI – DID: Primary Rate Interface - Direct Inward Dialing, this proven technology is enhanced in the IPitomy server with Tagging to customize Caller ID and ACD group information. In addition, when it’s time to reconcile the call activity and campaigns you’ll be able to generate the Beneva Call analysis report to clearly ID the best earning marketing efforts.

23 Channels – PRI telephony provides the same call connection that you have come to expect – PRI is digital and therefore the premium call connection. PRI comes in a basic configuration of 23 circuits which will cover both your day-to-day use and call volume surges typical at florist businesses during holidays.

Mobility

Follow-Me – Follow-Me Forward is Call Forward on steroids! Predetermined destinations are input into a call forward table specific to your extension and can be made to ring sequentially or all together so that every call intended for you makes it to you. No missed business!




Q Manager
Q Manager is the application where your agents can log into the system and see the status of the other agents.  In addition to Agent status, the application also contains a Chat Server.  The Chat Server allows each agent and supervisor to be able to send text messages to one another.  This is an important feature as it allows each supervisor to be able to assist agents even if the supervisor is engaged in other activities; being available when needed reduces wait time and increases customer satisfaction.

Managers can see at a glance the status of each agent and the status of each call in the Queue.  If there is a VIP call in the Queue, this call can be answered by any of the agents or the supervisor; extending maximum customer service to VIP customers like Funeral Homes and other important customers.

Designing Your Application

An IPitomy system is made up of many components; hardware and software.  Most of the components you need are all included in the package.  In most cases all you have to do is select the number of phones you will need and the models.  The rest will be included in your sales estimate.  By clicking the sales estimate link, you will be able to get a general idea of what you will need for your shop by filling in the quantities.

Installation is provided through IPitomy Dealers or your existing PBX or IT professional.  Once you have a general idea of what you need, your installer will meet with you at your shop and provide a proposal for installation and application design.

As part of the installation, it is important to know that you will require a data switch that supports QOS (Quality Of Service) and POE (Power Over Ethernet).

IP620 V3 The IP620 is an 8 Line IP Phone.  It has a high definition color graphical display and is suitable forall users. IP290 The IP290 is ideal for public areas and work areas.  This is a low cost 2 line phone with a small footprint.  The IP290 has headset mode, full duplex speaker phone and a graphical LCD display.  
 IPX32  IPX32  Expansion module for the IP410 and the IP330 phones.  Adds an additional 32 programmable buttons to the compatible phones.  Not compatible with the T38G.

    Strong Revenue and Sales Bookings of Cloud UC and Managed Services Set Records
