IPitomy's award winning solution is enhanced by the graphical conference management ability of IPitomy Desktop Call Manager. The Screen below shows how participants can be monitored in real time on a conference call.
Each participant is displayed along with their caller ID and the duration they have been on the call. An icon appears by each participant who is speaking. Each individual caller can be muted or removed from the conference from the management console. This is especially useful when callers are on noisy connections or inadvertently put the call on hold; broadcasting music on hold to the conference.
