ACD

Agents - IPitomy ACD Agents are virtual destinations for any call you wish them to handle. IPitomy lets you put your resources where they are needed – on-demand. When holidays and special events cause call traffic spikes - regrouping is a mouse click away using our ACD Q Manager application. Remote agents can be deployed by simply using a cell phone.

Q Manager - ACD Queue Manager provides call control, agent and queue monitoring for a one-stop assessment of your communications. When important clients are spotted they can be plucked out of the queue for immediate handling by priority personnel.

ACD Queue Manager can be used by agents and supervisors. When so privileged, the user can Listen to an ongoing call - undetected, Whisper to an agent while on a call - unheard by the other party, or take over a call using the Barge feature.

Text Messaging - Queue Alerts are possible both on the display in Queue Manager and to registered IPitomy Chat/Text users - by means of text message alerts of queue conditions that exceed desired limits.

Presence - Queue Manager is the link to Presence Status as well; all users of Queue Manager and registered IPitomy Chat users have indication of the current condition of other Q Manager users.

Reporting - The IPitomy ACD package distributes calls precisely from the incoming call to the agent who handles the call. This data is then layered into the Bevena reporting package. The bundled solution gives you the information you need to make the best choices for your next marketing campaign!

Remote Agents - IP telephones anywhere in the office, at home, across town or in another country! Communications has gone mobile and IPitomy is right there to make it happen... on the road or a permanent remote office it doesn’t matter - you’re connected!

Queue Announcements – Announcements and Advertisements on hold (while in queue) can be customized for each queue, allowing you to handle callers uniquely throughout their calling experience.

A Floral application requires special consideration for special customers. An incoming call can be configured to had a unique message on hold that will stay with that call no matter who answers it and who puts the call on hold.  The message can match your ad campaign.

Menu  – IPitomy allows you to deploy as many menus as needed for your application. Menu’s too can be linked to ACD groups for use as VIP handling of callers waiting in queue.

PRI

PRI – DID: Primary Rate Interface - Direct Inward Dialing, this proven technology is enhanced in the IPitomy server with Tagging to customize Caller ID and ACD group information. You will have no question where the call you’re answering came from. You will know the specific advertising campaign and caller when the call is answered. In addition, when it’s time to reconcile the call activity and campaigns you’ll be able to generate the Beneva Call analysis report to clearly ID the best earning marketing efforts.

23 Channels – PRI telephony provides the same call connection that you have come to expect – PRI is digital and therefore the premium call connection. PRI comes in a basic configuration of 23 circuits which will cover both your day-to-day use and call volume surges typical at florist businesses during holidays.

PRI is a Low Cost, Highest Quality service and cost-effectively and efficiently provisions DID… a key component to the IPitomy solution.

Mobility

iPad - iPhone - Android Softphones – IPitomy provisioned IP telephones anywhere in the office, at home, across town or in another country! Communications has gone mobile and IPitomy is right there to make it happen... on the road or a permanent remote office it doesn’t matter - you’re connected!

Text Messaging with supervisors and other agents – since IPitomy comes with a Chat server, your mobile texting device can be extended to IPitomy Queue Manager users for all Presence and Text updates!  Managers can assist sales associates by sending an answer via Chat while on another call.

Call Forwarding – Call Forwarding in the IP world is almost infinite. Calls directed to your IPitomy extension can be forwarded anywhere! Even to your cell phone.

Follow-Me – Follow-Me Forward is Call Forward on steroids! Predetermined destinations are input into a call forward table specific to your extension and can be made to ring sequentially or all together so that every call intended for you makes it to you. No missed business!
