Designing Your Application

An IPitomy system is made up of many components; hardware and software.  Most of the components you need are all included in the package.  In most cases all you have to do is select the number of phones you will need and the models.  The rest will be included in your sales estimate.  By clicking the sales estimate link, you will be able to get a general idea of what you will need for your shop by filling in the quantities.

Installation is provided through IPitomy Dealers or your existing PBX or IT professional.  Once you have a general idea of what you need, your installer will meet with you at your shop and provide a proposal for installation and application design.

As part of the installation, it is important to know that you will require a data switch that supports QOS (Quality Of Service) and POE (Power Over Ethernet).

Phones - Click the picture for more details		IPitomy phones - IP620, IP410, IP330 and IP320 all have a common set of features.  Wall Mountable, headset ports, headset mode, full duplex speaker phone.  The IP220 is not wall mountable.
	IP620 V3	The IP620 is an 8 Line IP Phone.  It has a high definition color graphical display and is suitable forall users. The IP620 is compatible with the IPX32 Expansion module that adds an additional 32 programable buttons to the phone.  The large display makes the phone easy to use for Agents.  The IP620 is compatible with IPitomy's Bluetooth/EHS Dongle that enables use of a wireless headset without the need for a lifter.  The IP620 V3 can display up to 32 different programmable keys without adding an expansion module.
	IP320 V3	The IP320 is IPitomy's best selling phone.  It is a two line phone with 12 programmable keys and a graphical display.  It is ideal for agent use.  The IP320 V3 is compatible with IPitomy's Bluetooth/EHS Dongle that enables use of a wireless headset without the need for a lifter.
	IP290	The IP290 is ideal for public areas and work areas.  This is a low cost 2 line phone with a small footprint.  The IP290 has headset mode, full duplex speaker phone and a graphical LCD display.
	IPX32	Expansion module for the IP410 and the IP330 phones.  Adds an additional 32 programmable buttons to the compatible phones.  Not compatible with the T38G.
	Package	The Initial Package has 6 IP320 phones or 6 IP410 Phones.  Included in the package is a T1/PRI Card, ACD, Conference Bridge, 16 Phone Licenses, 16 Q Manager User Licenses and all of the features that come standard with the system plus compatibility with the Floral Solution Reporting package.
