The cloud phone service is the wonderful especially when you are unable to be at the office, there are many different options for on the go so no calls are missed. The ipfax service makes faxing documents so convenient and clears counter space from the old bulky fax machines!

As an IT company, we have been installing IPitomy systems for our existing and new clients for some time now. The needed migration from the older analog or digital phone PBX systems to VoIP provides many of our clients with excellent flexibility and cost savings. The technical support is very responsive and easily accessible. IPitomy staff provides assistance with everything from the initial consulting and advising on what is the most optimal solution for a given client, porting of the existing phone numbers from the old phone companies, setting up the phones, the PBX system, programming of advanced features and other needed work for the VoIP to work the way it should.

We had a one way audio problem years ago with a bad instance at Amazon. Once that was fixed after installation it has been smooth sailing with Iptomy. Customer service is actually friendly and has always solved ISP hiccups when deploying our seasonal office.

I do not like to point fingers just need to get things working. My accounts are mostly 24-hour operations. My concern is going to be what to do when there is a outage after hours, and I am having trouble shooting problems.

1/ All of my phones (Model IP620-B) have been send back to have repaired. Some of the phones have had to be sent back multiple times.
2/ For some outside the US calls, I cannot connect until I provide the telephone number to my IPITOMY installer. He then does something with this and I can then make the telephone call. This is a process that takes time and should not be a limitation.
3/ I would be happy to discuss my issues if anyone is interested.

1/ We apologize for the defects in the IP620. We repair them for free.They have been replaced and we have a much better experience with the newer products.
2/ Have your dealer set up your class of service so those that require international dialing can have it. it appears they have your system locked down pretty well to avoid abuse.

Francisco recommended you guys. I haven't been overwhelmed. The tech is not great for us, the training was non-existent. And the times we have had problems, it hasn't been smooth to get them fixed and the 'maintenance' plan is unclear at the very beginning, I didn't feel like it was fair.

I do like our service. We struggle with call quality and all of our phones have needed to be replaced because of a POE issue. I do feel like the user interface is slightly out dated compared to others that I have used - I hope there are plans in the works to update this interface.

Customer service tends to get frustrated with us very quickly. I feel like we are fairly capable and rather computer literate, so I can only imagine a less capable office gets worse service.
