NOTE: If you are using 4.2.x or prior software DO NOT UPDATE KERNEL OR FIRMWARE ON IP320 Phones using the PBX Update method on the Phone Key Settings page. There is an issue with the latest firmware+kernel that will leave them inoperable, if you try to update through the PBX. If you need assistance updating these phones please contact Technical Support.
There is currently a known issue with HD Phones using SIP INFO for DTMF. If you are having trouble parking calls, mass edit all of your HD phone extensions and set the DTMF mode to RFC2833. (Setting is under Advanced). Apply changes and reboot phones, this should resolve the problem. Here is a guide for making this configuration change.

To Update to latest release:
Click Check Now under Automated Phone Firmware Updates on PBXSetup->Services
If you need to load the files manually on a phone, you can download them from
the TFTP files section of PBXSetup->Services after updating to latest version. Note:(reload the page after updating to fix this).
The files are called S_IP<MODEL>_IPITOMY_version<fw version#>
You must keep the file name when uploading.
