Sarasota, Florida, December 17, 2008 — IPitomy Communications announced today that the IPitomyCallCenter Software has received a 2008 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC®) Customer Interaction Solutions magazine (www.cismag.com), the leading publication covering CRM, call centers and teleservices since 1982.
 
          IPitomy IPPBX Systems now combine  ACD function with SIP for Home shoring. This allows call centers to utilize remote workers to provide a higher level of service to customers  by routing calls to local and remote agents. Remote agents can be located anywhere. Agents can be hired who work from remote locations or even from home. Call Centers can now have the option of hiring agents that may not be capable or willing to commute to the call center property.
