Smart Operator Console (SOC)
SOC provides a smart console for the receptionist.  An operator is able to view the status of each telephone in the IP PBX network.  The operator can see how many messages are waiting in the inbox, whether an extension is off hook and on a call, the caller ID of incoming calls, the status of all queues, and the status of all conferences.  The display is interactive and allows the operator to drag and drop callers to specific extensions, mailboxes, conferences or queues.  SOC is a powerful operator tool that is web based and can be used from any desktop.

Smart Personal Console (SPC)
SPC allows users to control options such as call forwarding, find me follow me, view call history, and voice mail from a web based application. This enhancement provides users with more control over their individual extension and mailbox, maximizing the use of your telephone system.
